WHAT'S NEW? CPM Celebrates National Night Out Monday, August 30, 2010
Every August communities across America unite to take an open stance against crime and violence by celebrating National Night Out. CPM properties participate in National Night Out to strengthen neighborhood spirit, encourage police-community partnerships, and reinforce our commitment to safe and united communities. Washington, DC   On August 3, 2010, the residents at the Golden Rule Plaza in Washington, DC enjoyed a community Bar-B-Que, thanks to the hard work of Community Manager, Stephanie Smith and the Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District. Many community leaders and local police officers were there to mingle with the residents and take part in the festivities. Philadelphia, PA  This year in Philadelphia, CPM held an art contest with a cash prize. Tyjay Skipworth and Rodney Richardson won the contest with an intriguing and thoughtful poster illustrating the idea of using non-violence to combat injustice as promoted by Mahatma Ghandi.
