Strategic Planning v2.0

Since our 2009 Strategic Plan was drafted, we’ve added 500 units to the portfolio, we’ve taken our housing model to other vulnerable populations and new geographies in PA, DE, MD, and DC. We’ve doubled our staff, grown our endowment, upgraded our technological infrastructure, and we’re outgrowing our office space. We even have a different name than we did in 2009.
It’s time for a NEW strategic plan. And we’re already working on it. Our goals are to:
- Articulate an overarching vision for the CPM Housing Group that will help drive future growth and development.
- Develop a cohesive organizational identity and marketing/communications strategy that will help clarify to external audiences who we are and what we do.
- Understand how to grow and utilize our Board of Directors to help us reach our goals.
- Engage funders and partners to help advance our vision and mission.
